Hello!
I am travelling from the USA. I first went to Singapore for 6 days from Los Angeles, CA. Now, I have just landed in Bangkok today for the next two days. I have a flight from Bangkok (DMK) to Vietnam (SGN) on Monday Nov 26. One of my bags were stolen from me in Singapore this morning on the train, I lost my visa (issued by Vietnam Embassy in USA) and some personal belongings. What should I do?
Regards,
Adam
Dear Adam,
We are very sorry for the troubles occured during your trip to Asia. We would like to express our concerns about your Vietnam visa problems.
We hope that your passport has been re-issued by the US Embassy or Consulates in the country. In this case, we can arrange a new visa on arrival just in a few hours on Sunday which allow you to board the flight and get a visa stamped on arrival airport by Monday, November 26. Please advise us your information to make a visa as following: your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number or submit via online application form:

If you don't have your passport re-issued, you should report the loss or theft of your passport to the local police and get a police report.
As soon as you have done this, you must also inform the nearest United States Embassy, Consulates or high commission in the country. This reduces the risk of someone stealing your identity or attempting to enter the US on your passport.
Best regards,
Alex Zhoumin

I contacted them regarding my 3 months tourist visa and I immediately get the answer from the agent, Mr Alex. What I found amazing was the quickness which Alex responded to my inquiries. All of this for the lowest price, too. I would highly recommend Vietnam visa booking's service...
