I am going for a conference in Hanoi on 20 November 2012 where I am invited speaker. I have a plane ticket for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City on Tuesday 20 november 2012 at 21:10 (Paris - Dubai- Ho Chi Minh City)

You just need to send us the personal information including: Full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport number, proposed entry date then make a payment as the guidance via Paypal, with or without your credit cards; bank wire transfer or pay with Western Union

As soon as the payment completed, we take the visa into processing and it will be delivered to you via email on time

You are then requested to print out the approval letter, bring with your original passport and 2 passport-sized photos (04x06 cm) to present at both terminal airports: at the departure airport to board your flight and at the arrival airport to have your visa stamped.
