Vietnam visa application for Japanese and Thai citizens

I'm a Japanese and wish to go to Ho Chi Minh City for travel together with my friend who reside in Thailand. I attempt online application for my friend too, however, there is no Nationality (Thailand) to be chose in "Visa requirement".

Congrats, citizens of Japan visiting Vietnam will be free from visa for less-than-15 day stay, and similar Thai citizens will not need visa for 30 day stay, so you two will not need to apply for a visa to Vietnam if you just stay in Vietnam for less than 2 weeks.
