I am planning to be in Phnom Penh from a Saturday to Wednesday and then go on to Saigon. Have just realized that the Monday and Wednesday are public holidays (October 29 and 31 October). I know you can get a Vietnam visa in Phnom Penh "within 24 hours" but this will be no good to me as I assume the embassy will be shut for the Wednesday holiday.
